What it is
Brand OS is a self-paced course and operating system covering every major part of building and scaling a modern consumer brand.
It combines structured lessons with frameworks, real examples, walkthroughs, calculators, templates, checklists and AI tools so you can both learn the principles and apply them inside your own company.
The idea, judgement and context behind the decision.
Real examples, screen walkthroughs, teardowns and worked cases.
Calculators, scorecards, templates, checklists and AI guides.
A clear "what I would actually do from here" action layer.
Work through it from start to finish, or open the relevant system when the decision is in front of you.

Why Brand OS exists
I have spent the last eight years building consumer companies across product development, brand, ecommerce, paid acquisition, retention, hiring, operations, finance, fundraising, leadership and scale.
Some decisions worked. Some looked smart at the time and became painfully expensive later.
The useful part is not pretending every decision was right. It is being able to show what happened, why it happened and what I would do differently now.
The mistakes are probably the most valuable part.
Brand OS is the operating system I wish somebody had handed me before I started.

What is inside
Brand OS is structured around eight operating systems covering the journey from deciding what to build through to scale, capital and founder role.
Category, market, timing, geography, margins, repeat behaviour, capital intensity and cash cycle.
Product, proposition, pricing, hero SKU, bundles, subscription, perceived value and offer architecture.
Differentiation, messaging, identity, packaging, category and distinctiveness.
Channels, paid media, creative, landing pages, conversion, CAC, testing and scaling.
Habit, onboarding, churn, cohorts, repeat purchase, subscription, LTV and retention diagnostics.
Gross margin, contribution, CAC/LTV, P&L, inventory, working capital, cash flow and forecasting.
Hiring, agencies, team design, delegation, leadership, accountability and founder bottlenecks.
Fundraising, dilution, investors, boards, control, complexity, leadership, expansion and founder role.
One-time payment. Full Brand OS V1 included as it is released.
Why Brand OS is different
Not just paid ads, branding or ecommerce. Brand OS follows the founder from choosing the business through product, growth, retention, finance, team, capital and scale.
The frameworks come from decisions made while actually building consumer companies.
Brand OS documents what failed, what looked smart but was not, what became expensive later and what I would do differently now.
Calculators, templates, checklists, scorecards, frameworks and AI guides help turn the lessons into action.
Work through Brand OS linearly or open the relevant operating system when a real problem appears.
The problems change as a business grows. Brand OS covers the journey from pre-launch through early scale and beyond.
The goal is not to give you more business content. It is to help you build a better company.
How Brand OS works
Every operating system follows the same practical structure so it moves from judgement to application rather than stopping at theory.
The big idea, why it matters and what founders misunderstand.
The frameworks and judgement.
A teardown, spreadsheet, case, example or screen recording.
What I would actually do from here.
Relevant calculator, template, scorecard, checklist or AI guide.
Short lessons showing how the same decisions went wrong in reality.
The mistake library
50+
Most business education is built around the wins. Brand OS also documents the decisions that went wrong, why they happened, what they cost and what I would do differently now.
A lesson that hurt enough to learn once should not need to be learned twice.
Every mistake breaks down
Brand OS V1 is released progressively. The completed V1 includes the full Expensive Mistakes library as it is released.
The toolkit
The lessons are supported by practical assets designed to help apply the thinking inside a real company.
Clear written reference for the frameworks.
Economics, margins, CAC/LTV, inventory and decision tools.
Structured ways to evaluate opportunities, offers, hires and partners.
Useful operating assets for recurring decisions.
Step by step sequences for the decisions that repeat.
Ways to apply Brand OS thinking directly to your company.
Worked examples, teardowns, screenshots and operator cases.

The member product
Brand OS is organised around the eight operating systems, the Expensive Mistakes library and the practical tools behind them. It is designed as an operating reference, not a content library you need to endlessly complete.

Who it is for
This is for you if
This is probably not for you if
Brand OS is serious operator education for people building something real.
The economics
You do not need Brand OS to transform every decision you make for the economics to work.
Any one of those decisions can cost multiples of the price of Brand OS.
That is the economic case for the product.
Brand OS cannot guarantee a successful company. Nothing credible can.
The goal is to help you make materially better decisions, faster, in areas where being wrong can be extremely expensive.
Recruitment cost, salary, management time and lost momentum.
Retainers plus wasted media spend.
Cash tied up for months.
Months or years spent optimising the wrong problem.

He is the founder of Spacegoods and has documented much of the journey publicly, including both the decisions that worked and the ones that did not.
Brand OS is valuable not because every decision was right, but because the lessons came from making the decisions for real.
